With zero professional baking background or business experience, Jenni built her baked vegan and gluten-free vegan donut business from scratch from her home kitchen. Within a few months, she moved to wholesale, selling to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. By the end of her fourth year in business, Jenni's product was in over 16 locations, and she was a valued partner for a coffee shop with more than 8 locations and growing. In 2019, Jenni sold her baking business for a profit. Now she helps home bakers turn their love of baking into a profitable baking business.
